The delivery price is calculated according to the rates of the courier company "ACS Curier" for the country.

Delivery time is up to 2-3 working days according to the available quantities.

Information about the status of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

We deliver to all locations in Cyprus according to the courier company where it delivers.

Payment is made upon delivery by cash on delivery plus the shipping cost.

Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the first working day.

All prices include VAT.

Payment for your selected clothes and items is made by cash on delivery. This service provides maximum convenience and security to the customer, as the payment for an ordered item is made at the time of delivery - when a courier visits you at the address you specify and personally delivers the order from our store or upon pick-up from the office of the courier company.

Ladyline will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
